Fortingall War Memorial
The Fortingall War Memorial stands in an enclosure immediately to the right of the entrance to the Graveyard. It was erected in February 1920 and was inscribed with the names of eight men who had died on military service in the First World War. The names of seven men who died in the Second World War were added after that later war. Information on these men and how they came to be commemorated is presented under the First World War and Second World War sub-headings. It was compiled by Fran Gillespie of Fortingall Roots.
